The short version: Taylor gives you one man’s honest perspective, not therapy. Reschedule coaching with notice, trip donations are final, and email us before disputing a charge. The full terms are below.

01Agreement to these terms.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Leo Luna Trip LLC Series 2, doing business as Taylor Love (“Taylor Love,” “we,” “us” or “our”). They apply when you use taylorlove.co or our other websites, buy a voice note or coaching session, join a course or program, or apply for or take part in a Taylor Love Adventures trip.

By using our sites or buying or joining any offering, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our sites or services.

02Eligibility.

Our services are for adults 18 and older. By purchasing, applying or registering, you confirm you are at least 18 and can enter into a binding agreement. If you participate in a trip on behalf of, or bring, a minor, you do so as that minor’s parent or legal guardian and accept these Terms on their behalf.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when you purchase, apply or register, and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for any activity under your submissions or accounts.

03Our services.

Taylor Love offers:

• Voice notes. You describe a dating or relationship situation, and Taylor records a short, personal voice note with his perspective.
• One-on-one coaching. A scheduled 60-minute coaching call with Taylor.
• Courses, masterclasses and programs, which may have their own additional terms shown at purchase.
• Taylor Love Adventures, fundraising-based humanitarian trips to build homes for families with our nonprofit partners.

We may add, change or discontinue offerings at any time. Anything you have already paid for will be delivered or refunded.

04Coaching is not therapy, and results aren’t guaranteed.

Not a crisis service. If you are in danger, experiencing abuse, or thinking about harming yourself or someone else, contact local emergency services or a crisis line right away.

Your decisions are yours. Taylor offers one man’s perspective on how men think. Every relationship is different. You are responsible for your own choices and their results, and we don’t guarantee any outcome, such as a relationship, commitment or change in another person’s behavior.

05Purchases and payments.

• Prices are shown in U.S. dollars at checkout and may change at any time. Price changes don’t affect purchases you have already made.
• Payments are processed securely by third-party payment processors, such as Stripe. We don’t store full card numbers.
• You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes.
• If a payment fails or is reversed, we may pause or cancel the related service.

06Voice notes.

• What to send. Describe your situation clearly and honestly. Keep other people’s private details to what you need to explain the situation.
• Delivery. Taylor will deliver your voice note within 3 business days of your purchase and complete submission, by email, text or the delivery method shown at checkout.
• Declining a request. Taylor may decline any request that isn’t a fit, including anything involving danger, abuse, illegal activity, minors, or topics outside dating and relationships. If he declines, you receive a full refund.
• Personal use. Your voice note is for your own personal use. Please don’t post it publicly or resell it without our written permission.

07One-on-one coaching.

• Booking. After purchase, you schedule your session through our booking calendar. Sessions are held by video or phone.
• Rescheduling. You may reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before your session. Inside 48 hours, you may reschedule once.
• Late arrival and no-shows. Sessions end at their scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, or don’t attend, the session is forfeited.
• If we need to reschedule. If Taylor cancels or can’t attend, you choose a new time or a full refund.
• Recording. We don’t record coaching calls unless we ask for, and you give, your permission first. Please don’t record sessions without Taylor’s permission.
• Use your session. Unscheduled sessions expire 90 days after purchase unless we agree otherwise in writing.

08Refund and cancellation policy.

How to request a refund. Email [email protected] with your name, the email used at checkout, and what you purchased. We reply within 2 business days.

How refunds are paid. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, they usually appear within 5–10 business days.

Please contact us first. If something went wrong, email us before disputing a charge with your bank. We’ll work to make it right quickly.

09Taylor Love Adventures trips.

This section applies when you apply for, fundraise for, or take part in a Taylor Love Adventures trip. If anything here conflicts with a trip-specific document you sign, that document governs.

Applications and acceptance

Submitting an application does not guarantee a place on a trip. Applications are reviewed, and spots are limited and confirmed at our discretion. We may request additional information, schedule a call, or decline an application. A place is confirmed only when we notify you that you have been accepted and any required steps are complete.

Fundraising and donations

Participation in our trips involves a fundraising commitment that supports our charitable building mission. When you join, you agree to a fundraising goal and timeline that we communicate to you for your selected trip.

• Funds you raise are charitable donations to TECHO, made through American Friends of Un Techo Para Mi Pais, a registered 501(c)(3) organization, and processed through our third-party fundraising and payment platforms.
• All donations are final and non-refundable. Once made, a contribution cannot be cancelled, transferred or reversed, including if you later withdraw from a trip. For tax treatment, please rely on the receipts and policies of American Friends of Un Techo Para Mi Pais; we do not provide tax advice.
• You agree to run your fundraising honestly and lawfully, to represent the mission accurately, and not to make misleading claims. You are responsible for any content you publish on a fundraising page you control.
• Meeting your fundraising goal by the applicable deadline may be a condition of certain trip benefits. Specific goals, tiers, deadlines and what each unlocks are provided to you at application or registration.

Trips, inclusions and your responsibilities

Trip details, including dates, itinerary, lodging, and what is and isn’t included, are provided for your specific trip at registration and may be updated. As a general guide, unless stated otherwise for your trip:

Typically included: lodging for the scheduled trip nights at the accommodation we arrange; certain group meals as specified in your itinerary; your build participation and on-the-ground trip coordination; and fundraising coaching and trip preparation support.

Typically not included: airfare and airport transfers; meals not listed in your itinerary and personal expenses; travel insurance; and passports, visas, vaccinations and any personal travel requirements.

You are responsible for holding a valid passport and any required visas or travel documents, for meeting any health and vaccination requirements, and for arranging your own travel to and from the trip. We strongly recommend travel and medical insurance. You represent that you are in sufficient health to take part in the activities, which include physical building work, and you agree to disclose any condition that may affect your safe participation.

Trip changes, cancellations and refunds

We may modify, reschedule or cancel a trip or any part of an itinerary due to circumstances including safety, weather, insufficient participation, partner availability, or events beyond our reasonable control. If we cancel a trip, we will work with you on available options.

Assumption of risk and release

International travel and building activities involve inherent risks, including travel delays, illness or injury, physical labor, use of tools, local conditions, and events outside our control. By participating, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume these risks.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Taylor Love, Leo Luna Trip LLC Series 2, our affiliates, and our and their respective officers, employees, coaches, volunteers and partners from claims arising out of your participation, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. Accepted participants will be required to sign a separate, more detailed waiver and release before traveling, and that document will govern if it conflicts with this section.

Trip code of conduct

We are committed to a safe, respectful, dignity-first experience for participants, partners, and the families and communities we serve. On a trip, you agree to treat everyone with respect, follow the reasonable instructions of trip leaders and local partners, comply with applicable laws and local customs, and refrain from harassment, discrimination or unsafe behavior. We may remove any participant from a trip, without refund, for conduct that we determine endangers safety or the mission, and you would be responsible for any resulting costs.

Photo and media release

Photos and video are often captured during our trips. Unless you notify us in writing otherwise, you grant us permission to use images, video and testimonials from trips in which you appear for our storytelling, marketing and fundraising, without compensation. We aim to portray the communities we serve with dignity and will honor reasonable requests to remove your likeness. This release applies to trips only. It never covers coaching sessions or voice notes.

10Your responsibilities.

When you use our sites or services, you agree to:

• Give accurate information, including your contact and payment details.
• Treat Taylor, our team and other community members with respect. We may end a session or refuse service, without refund, for harassment, threats, or abusive or illegal behavior.
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose, or to harm, stalk or contact another person against their wishes.
• Not share login details for any course or program with others.

11Your privacy and what you share.

What you share with us in a voice note request or coaching session stays between you and Taylor Love. We never use the details of your situation in content, marketing or social media without your separate, written permission. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information.

If you choose to send us feedback, testimonials or ideas, you give us permission to use them to improve and promote our services. We will never attach your name or identifying details without asking you first.

12Intellectual property.

Our websites, voice notes, videos, courses, program materials, the Taylor Love and TAYL♥VE names and logos, and all related content belong to Taylor Love or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use materials you purchase for your own use. You may not copy, record, share, resell or publish them, or use our brand, without our written permission, except as needed for approved fundraising in support of a Taylor Love Adventures trip.

13Emails and text messages.

By purchasing or opting in, you agree to receive service emails and texts about your purchase, booking or trip. Marketing messages are sent only where permitted, and you can unsubscribe from emails anytime or reply STOP to texts. Details of our text messaging program are in our Privacy Policy.

14Third-party services.

We use third-party platforms for scheduling, communications, video calls, fundraising and payments, and our sites may link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, products or practices of third parties, and your use of their services is governed by their own terms and policies.

15Disclaimers.

Our sites and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t promise that our sites will always be available or error-free.

16Limitation of liability.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Taylor Love, Leo Luna Trip LLC Series 2 and their owners, members, team members and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for emotional distress, relationship outcomes, lost profits or opportunities, travel disruptions, third-party acts, or events beyond our reasonable control, arising from your use of our sites or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid directly to us, if any, for the service giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

17Indemnification.

You agree to defend and hold harmless Taylor Love, Leo Luna Trip LLC Series 2 and their owners, members and team members from any claims, losses or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our services, your fundraising conduct, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

18Governing law and disputes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you have a concern, please email [email protected] first so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days. If we can’t, any legal action will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.

19General.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision isn’t a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. These Terms, our Privacy Policy and any terms shown at checkout for a specific offering, and any trip-specific documents you sign, are the entire agreement between you and us about our services.

20Changes to these terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the effective date above and post the updated version here. Changes apply to purchases made after the update. Your continued use of our sites or services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
