Privacy Policy.

Taylor Love (“Taylor Love,” “we,” “us” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to all Taylor Love offerings, including voice notes, one-on-one coaching, courses and programs, and Taylor Love Adventures trips. It covers information we collect through taylorlove.co and our other websites, purchase and application forms, scheduling tools, and text and email communications.

Taylor Love, including Taylor Love Adventures, is operated by Leo Luna Trip LLC Series 2, based in Sheridan, Wyoming. By using our sites or providing your information to us, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

01Information we collect.

Information you give us

When you buy a voice note or coaching session, book a call, apply for a trip, join a fundraising campaign, or otherwise contact us, you may provide:

  • Contact details, such as your name, email address, mailing address and phone number.
  • Coaching information, such as the dating or relationship situation you describe when you request a voice note or book a session, intake form answers, and notes from coaching calls.
  • Application and trip information, such as responses to our application survey, scheduling preferences, dietary or accessibility needs, and travel details you choose to share.
  • Fundraising information connected to your fundraising page or campaign, such as your goal and progress.
  • Purchase information, such as what you bought, the amount and the date. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processors. We do not collect or store full payment card numbers.
  • Communications, including messages, emails and texts you send us.

Information we collect automatically

When you visit our websites, we and our service providers may automatically collect limited technical information, including your device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, referring links and general usage activity. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5).

Information from third parties

We may receive information about you from partners who help us run our programs, such as our scheduling and marketing platform, payment processors, our fundraising platform and our nonprofit build partners, where you have interacted with them in connection with a Taylor Love offering.

02Personal situations you share with us.

Coaching works because you can be honest. When you ask for advice, you may tell us about your relationships, feelings, dating history or intimate life. We treat that information with extra care:

  • We use it only to provide the voice note or coaching you asked for, and to follow up with you about it.
  • Access is limited to Taylor and the team members who need it to deliver and support your service.
  • We never use the details of your situation in marketing, content or social media, and we never share them publicly, without your separate, written permission.
  • We do not sell it or share it for advertising.
  • We do not record coaching calls unless we ask for, and you give, your permission first.

Please don't share another person's private details beyond what you need to describe your situation.

Coaching is not therapy. Taylor Love coaching and voice notes are not therapy, counseling, or medical, psychological or legal advice, and they are not a crisis service. If you are in danger or crisis, contact local emergency services right away.

03How we use your information.

We use the information we collect to:

  • Deliver voice notes and coaching sessions, and schedule and follow up on calls.
  • Process payments, refunds and purchase records.
  • Review and respond to trip applications, and coordinate trip logistics, housing builds and travel preparation.
  • Support you through the fundraising process, including coaching, updates and reminders.
  • Send you service messages by email and text about your purchase, booking, application or trip.
  • Send you updates about new content, programs and opportunities, where permitted.
  • Operate, maintain and improve our websites, offerings and communications.
  • Protect the safety, rights and property of our customers, participants, partners and business, and comply with our legal obligations.

04Text messaging (SMS) program.

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, we may send you text messages about your purchases, bookings and session reminders, voice note delivery, trip applications and logistics, fundraising coaching, and updates from Taylor Love.

Consent. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated and non-automated text messages from Taylor Love at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of participation in a trip.

Message frequency and rates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opting out. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or email [email protected]. After you opt out, you may receive one confirmation message.

Your mobile information. We do not sell your mobile phone number, and we do not share your mobile opt-in or consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share your number only with the service providers that help us deliver these messages.

05Cookies and tracking technologies.

Our websites use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, understand how the site is used, and measure the performance of our pages and campaigns. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the site functions. Where required by law, we will ask for your consent before using non-essential cookies.

06How we share your information.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these circumstances:

  • Service providers. With companies that perform services for us, such as our customer relationship, scheduling and marketing platform; email and text-messaging providers; video-call and file-delivery tools; website hosting and analytics providers; and payment and fundraising processors. They are required to protect your information.
  • Fundraising and build partners. For Taylor Love Adventures trips, with the organizations that help carry out the mission, including TECHO, our building partner, and American Friends of Un Techo Para Mi Pais, a registered 501(c)(3) organization that receives donations, to the extent needed to process contributions and plan and carry out a trip. Coaching information is never shared with these partners.
  • Legal and safety. When required by law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to protect the rights, safety and property of Taylor Love, our customers, participants or others.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
  • With your direction. When you ask us to share your information, or otherwise consent to the sharing.

07Payments, third-party services and links.

Purchases of voice notes and coaching are processed by third-party payment processors, such as Stripe, under their own privacy policies. Our sites and communications may also include links to, or content from, other third-party services, including scheduling tools and fundraising and donation platforms. Those services are governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

Donations that support Taylor Love Adventures are processed by third-party fundraising and payment platforms and directed to TECHO through American Friends of Un Techo Para Mi Pais, a registered 501(c)(3) organization. All donations are final.

08How long we keep your information.

We keep your personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, communicate with you and fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to meet legal, accounting, tax and reporting obligations. We keep the details of personal situations you share for coaching only as long as reasonably needed to support you. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

09How we protect your information.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures designed to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping any account or login credentials confidential.

10Your privacy rights and choices.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, and to opt out of certain uses. To make a request, email us at [email protected]. We will respond as required by applicable law, and we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in those emails, and out of text messages by replying STOP. These choices do not apply to service messages needed to deliver your purchase or administer your booking, application or trip.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

11Age requirements and children’s privacy.

Our coaching and voice note services are for adults 18 and older only. Our sites are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it. Trip participation by minors, where permitted, is arranged through a parent or legal guardian.

12Changes to this policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and post the updated version on this page. If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice where required. Your continued use of our sites and services after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
